Does paper fascinate you, would you love to be able to do more? Look no further than the wonderful art of paper quilling! Learn to use quilling tools to roll paper in a variety of shapes and forms to create eloquent works of art!
 

All material provided, no experience necessary. 
 

Covid-19 precautions: Classes are limited to 10 students. Drop off and pick up in front of the Museum. Masks will be available and required. Gloves are available. Each person will have their own table to work at. Material will not be shared. Everyone will be spaced at least six feet apart. Please use restroom at home before class. Restrooms are available if necessary.

Tait Simonson is from Faith, South Dakota, today he does most of his creative art work from Grand Forks, North Dakota. He attended undergraduate school at the University of South Dakota receiving his Bachelor of Fine Art Degree with an emphasis in Sculpture. He then went on to attend graduate school at the Pacific Northwest College of Fine Art to receive his Master's of Fine Arts degree. Since then he has been teaching Art at Central Valley Public School K-12, while receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Valley City State University. He specializes in sculpture and, focuses on light based architecturally responsive work, he also enjoys working with metal, clay, and wood.

Line Stitch Bookmaking is a process of ease and functionality. Create a sketchbook with your own custom cover! Have fun in small personal group sessions with your instructor and up to 9 classmates. 
 

All material provided, no experience necessary.

Cityscape Painting

Create an idyllic landscape of a city at sunset, layering watercolor to create an amazing view of an invented or real city! Once you have the basics down the sky is the limit! You will have a great time in small personal group sessions with your instructor and up to 9 classmates.

Mysterious Hallway Drawing

In this class you will learn the how to setup up a one point perspective drawing, allowing you to create a complex drawing of a mysterious hallway with ease! You will have fun in small personal group sessions with an instructor and up to 9 classmates.
